Strategy into Story

The Challenge
Worcester Communities had a lot to say about who they are, what they do and why they’re good at it. The pitch book needed to bring together company history, values, portfolio data, leadership, capabilities and case studies without feeling like a giant collection of facts.
The challenge was deciding what mattered most, creating a natural flow and making a lot of information easy to take in.
My Approach
I organized the content into a story that builds as you move through the book, from who Worcester is and what they value to the depth of their capabilities and the results behind their work.
Strong typography, photography, maps, data and plenty of breathing room help keep the information moving. Some pages do more heavy lifting than others, but the visual system holds everything together from beginning to end.
Purpose and values become part of the company story, not just another list of corporate talking points.
A lot of operational information, organized so you can quickly see the breadth of Worcester’s capabilities.
Real projects and performance data give the story some proof.
The Result
The finished pitch book gives Worcester a much clearer way to tell its story. Instead of presenting credentials as a collection of facts, the book connects the company’s values, experience, capabilities and results in a way that feels cohesive and easy to follow.
Most importantly, it gives the team a polished, flexible tool they can actually use when they’re sitting across the table from a potential client.
