ORAT Conference · Citiri
Brand Identity · Scalable Conference System
The Challenge
Citiri was launching an ORAT conference in partnership with Altitude, with a new host city planned each year. They needed an identity that could establish the conference as its own event while still feeling connected to the organizations behind it.
Just as important, the identity needed to work beyond year one. The location would change, but the conference brand needed to stay recognizable.
My Approach
I created a core ORAT conference logo designed to serve as the foundation from year to year, then developed a location-specific version for the inaugural event.
That gave Citiri a system with two jobs: build recognition for the conference itself and give each year its own sense of place. The structure stays consistent while the location can change without reinventing the brand every time.
A core identity creates continuity, while the location-specific mark gives each conference its own character.
The identity was designed to stay clear and recognizable across the different ways the conference would show up.
The Result
Citiri came away with more than a logo for a single event. The conference now has a visual foundation that can carry forward as it moves from city to city.
It’s a simple system, which is exactly why it works. The ORAT identity stays recognizable, while each new location has room to make it its own.
